WE SCHEDULE YOUR SESSION
We’ll get in touch as soon as possible to set up your session. Once the deposit is paid, your appointment is confirmed and ready for fun!

GET READY FOR THE SESSION
After your session is confirmed, you’ll receive our digital guide with valuable information to help you prepare and make it a fantastic experience! Don’t forget to bring their favorite toy and ball… and tell us which treats they love the most!

PICK YOUR BACKGROUND
A few days before, we’ll contact you to choose the background color. If you’re unsure, don’t worry! We’ll guide you so you can pick the perfect background for the best shots.

TIME TO “SAY TREAT!”
Here’s where the magic happens. Your job: relax and enjoy watching your furry friend shine. Patience, calm, and letting things flow naturally are key. We take all the time needed so your pet feels comfortable and happy.

PHOTO SELECTION
The session is over! Within 5 business days you’ll receive an online gallery with the photos the photographer selected, unedited and watermarked. Pick your favorites to be edited, and if you can’t decide, you can also select additional photos! Once the remaining balance is paid, we get to work.

YOUR PHOTOS ARE READY
Edited photos will be “fresh out of the oven”, just like the treats! This process takes about 1 to 2 weeks. Well, I think treats take less time to bake.

Soon you’ll discover here how to turn your photos into a physical keepsake that will stay with you forever. In the meantime, we’ll guide you through everything you need to print them and choose the perfect formats if you’d like to display them as wall art.

HOW SHOULD I PREPARE MY DOG FOR THE SESSION?

Make sure your furry friend is rested, bring their favorite toy and some treats. No need to know tricks, our job is to guide them so the photos are natural and fun!

WHAT IF MY DOG IS HYPERACTIVE OR REACTIVE?

We adapt to each personality. For hyperactive dogs, we take breaks and play to help them focus. For reactive dogs, we take all precautions so they feel safe and calm.

WHAT IF MY DOG IS ANXIOUS, SHY, OR SCARED?

No problem. We take all the time needed to help them feel comfortable. Patience and calm are key to capturing happy, natural photos.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE THE SESSION?

No problem! You can reschedule up to 7 days before your session. If you reschedule or cancel within the 7 days leading up to your session, your deposit will be forfeited.

WHAT IF MY DOG DOESN’T KNOW ANY COMMANDS?

That’s totally fine! Our sessions don’t require obedience. We focus on your dog’s personality and capturing their essence.

DO YOU DO SESSIONS WITH PUPPIES?

Yes, we love puppies! We just need to know their age and energy level to plan a safe and fun session.

How far in advance should i book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks ahead to secure your preferred date, especially during busy seasons. If there’s any reason you need a session urgently (advanced age, illness, moving home…), let us know in the contact form!

DO YOU ACCEPT ALL KINDS OF ANIMALS?

Sure! Dogs, cats, and other pets are welcome. Their age is not a problem either! Just let us know any special details when booking.

WHAT IF IT’S A VERY HOT DAY?

We adapt the session to the weather: we can schedule it at a cooler time!

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME TO THE SESSION?

Of course! Let us know in advance who will be coming, up to two companions of the star are allowed. Make sure everyone stays calm so the session is fun and relaxed for your doggo.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We’re currently based in Brussels, but after that… who knows!
